The wait is finally over!! The members of the Calhoun Woman’s Club are excited to announce that the 2021 Sequoyah Ball will be held August 21st at 209 On Wall Street ~ the beautiful venue in the historic Fox Ford Building. Silent Auction and hors d’oeuvres begin at 6:30 and dinner begins at 7. All tickets previously purchased will be honored and the remaining 75 tickets will be available on Eventbrite starting June 15th.

The Voluntary Action Center will be the recipient of the proceeds raised this year. Which is wonderful because 2021 marks their 50th anniversary!! The VAC opened in 1971 and provides a variety of emergency programs, focusing primarily on hunger and homeless relief. We are proud to support the VAC’s initiatives and love that all donations remain in Gordon County to help people in need here in our community.
